    Questions

    How should I film?

    Phone video is fine. Film vertically, face a window or a light, stand in front of a plain wall, and use a quiet room. A clip-on mic helps a lot.

    How do I send my footage?

    Upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox and set the link to "anyone with the link can view". We can't download WeTransfer links.

    How fast is delivery?

    Standard delivery is 3 business days after we receive your footage. Rush 24-hour delivery is available as an add-on.

    What if I want changes?

    One revision is included. Reply with what you'd like changed after you watch the preview.

    Who is responsible for what the video says?

    You are. You confirm the content (including any tax or legal statements) and that the video follows your brokerage's and the platform's advertising rules. We can add a short "not tax or legal advice" line at the end.
